Nevada
Slee and her team were looking for a property in South Oceanside when they discovered this 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom coastal home. Working on a smaller home like this was a breath of fresh air for Slee, and she designed it and got to work quickly. With three separate decks, a fire pit, and a convenient outdoor shower, this California-cool home is the epitome of indoor/outdoor living. Slee converted the old garage into a self-contained studio with a small kitchenette, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. In the main house, Slee outfitted the kitchen with Rift Oak cabinetry, two pantries, marble countertops, and a Viking Range. Featured in Domino magazine for its unique, fresh California design, 1125 Nevada Street was a family affair for the Slee’s, also worked on by her late husband, son and daughter.
